Free Tailoring Centre
This project provides free tailoring training and livelihood support to young girls, women, and vulnerable youth from underprivileged and marginalized communities in and around Nandyalampeta, Andhra Pradesh. Many of the participants are orphans, semi-orphans, or come from families struggling with poverty, illness, or displacement. The centre offers hands-on training in tailoring, stitching, and basic garment production, helping them develop valuable life skills and gain self-confidence.
The program also includes free access to:
- Sewing machines and materials
- Basic design and pattern drafting instruction
- Guidance for home-based tailoring income
- Skill certifications to aid future employment
By equipping these individuals with a sustainable skill, the Free Tailoring Centre empowers them to contribute to their families’ well-being and pursue economic independence with dignity and hope.

Boarding Home cum Education Support for 35 Children
This project aims to provide holistic care and educational support for 35 children who are orphans, semi-orphans, or come from extremely poor families. These children have lost one or both parents due to illness, accidents, snake bites, electric shocks, HIV/AIDS, and other life-threatening circumstances. As a result, they have been left vulnerable and are currently surviving with the help of local humanitarians, philanthropists, and distant relatives.
However, due to financial hardship, their caregivers are unable to consistently provide for their basic educational needs such as:
- School uniforms
- Textbooks and notebooks
- School bags and supplies
- Learning materials and stationery
This lack of support has led to delayed progress in school, lower academic performance, and, in some cases, discontinuation of studies—pushing these children towards child labor and continued poverty.
